Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify prospects effectively, understand their unique pain points, and present tailored solutions to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upselling opportunities.
- Accurately record all interactions, pipeline updates, and deal stages in Salesforce/CRM on a daily basis.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in B2B sales, customer service, or a related field (1+ years of experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated individual with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
