Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and qualify prospects through cold calling and email outreach.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients via video conferencing.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure new business deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B inside sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining high productivity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to sales.
