Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and strategic prospecting
- Develop deep product expertise to consultatively sell our SaaS solutions to mid-market businesses
- Exceed monthly sales targets by maintaining a robust sales pipeline and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to optimize sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document all interactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Present compelling product demonstrations that align client needs with solution benefits
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions and competitive analysis workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and match solutions
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a remote-hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sale)
