Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to prospects via personalized demos and value-based selling
- Build and maintain robust CRM records while tracking key performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with consistent pipeline growth
- Develop expertise in our SaaS platform to address technical client inquiries
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting customer needs and objection handling
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in competitive sales environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions highly desirable
