Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospects using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM.
- Conduct product demonstrations and needs analysis calls with potential enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Close new business deals by accurately qualifying leads and maintaining high conversion rates.
- Document all client interactions and update CRM records in real-time.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
