Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their business needs
- Present product solutions aligned with client requirements and close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and pipeline progress
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience in a SaaS or tech environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
