Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate who can thrive in a high-energy environment. Key duties include:
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Manage inbound leads, qualifying them and scheduling demos with the sales team.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and update pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
