Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals within the sales cycle.
- Manage a robust pipeline of prospects using Salesforce CRM to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer success is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is highly desired.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn, adapt, and grow within a sales organization.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
