Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through strategic outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present tailored product demonstrations to enterprise clients, highlighting ROI and competitive advantages
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 15%+ through consultative selling methodologies
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead nurturing strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline analytics for forecasting and reporting
- Participate in quarterly sales training to master new product features and negotiation tactics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a remote or hybrid environment
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical value propositions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Spanish fluency required for Latin American market expansion
- Certification in HubSpot or Salesforce Sales Cloud a plus
