Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to potential clients via virtual demos
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead conversion
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets using Salesforce CRM
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
