Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present innovative software solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting using Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue quotas through strategic account planning
- Conduct product demonstrations highlighting competitive advantages
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
