Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to consultatively address client needs
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional follow-up
- Provide regular sales pipeline updates and performance insights
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
