Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop deep product knowledge to present tailored solutions to enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining accurate CRM documentation
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with minimal supervision
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with SaaS/technology products preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environments
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (occasional client visits required)
