Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategic sales plans
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Attend weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client meetings
