Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Develop deep product expertise to consultatively sell our SaaS solutions to enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly sales targets by maintaining 25+ outbound calls and 15+ demos daily
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation using Salesforce
- Attend weekly training sessions to master emerging industry technologies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and objections
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote team environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
