Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and procurement teams via virtual demos
- Manage full sales pipeline from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 25%+ conversion rates
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate forecasting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech industry background
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas (minimum $1M annual sales history)
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoom sales platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification or fluency required
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
