Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology and maintain detailed CRM records (Salesforce)
- Present product solutions to prospects through customized demos and value propositions
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop strategic account plans
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ call volume
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and sales strategy sessions
- Stay current on product knowledge and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 1-3 years inside/sales experience with proven track record (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Resilient with ability to handle rejection and pivot strategies
- Results-driven with demonstrated quota achievement
- Boston-based or willing to relocate (no remote options)
