Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and strategic networking
- Present tailored product demonstrations and solutions to C-level executives and procurement teams
- Build and maintain robust client relationships using Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with enterprise software or SaaS products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in regulated industries
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline management and forecasting
