Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach including email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Present product demonstrations to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Develop customized solutions proposals aligned with client business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive intelligence sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annual preferred)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Experience with discovery methodologies and solution selling
- Ability to thrive in remote-first collaborative environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
