Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to enterprise clients
- Build and maintain robust CRM pipelines using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide market feedback to product teams
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience with AI/analytics tools a strong plus
