Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel sales outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Develop deep product knowledge to consultatively solve client challenges
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 25%+ conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead nurturing campaigns
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 95%+ accuracy
- Present product demos to C-level executives across diverse industries
- Analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and pipeline health
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota attainment
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative approach
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and adjust tactics
- Resilience to handle 50+ daily outbound calls in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrable success
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite
