Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present tailored product demonstrations to enterprise clients via virtual platforms
- Build and maintain robust client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets using Salesforce CRM
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable market insights
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
