Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new enterprise clients across North America
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers in target industries
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions via virtual meetings
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels and campaign ROI
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to track sales activities and forecast pipeline growth
- Exceed monthly quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous training to master product updates and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with enterprise clients
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas (110%+ achievement preferred)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and value-based selling frameworks
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
