Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to consult with prospects
- Execute full sales cycle from discovery to contract signing
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with track record of quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to identify customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions
