Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop deep product knowledge to deliver compelling value propositions to prospects
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, forecast pipeline, and report metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to master emerging technologies and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market trends and customer needs
- Experience selling SaaS, IT solutions, or enterprise software
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote environment
