Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Explain complex product solutions to enterprise clients while overcoming objections
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Participate in team training and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or SaaS sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities to identify client needs and solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
- Experience with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
