Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and digital engagement
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Develop deep product expertise to consultatively position solutions for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies and sales funnels
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Provide market intelligence to product and leadership teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annually)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer needs and match solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
