- Close 15-20 deals monthly while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% data accuracy
- Participate in daily huddles and monthly performance reviews
- Maintain pipeline of 50+ active prospects at all times
Qualifications
- 1+ years B2B inside sales experience with verifiable commission track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce/HubSpot and video conferencing tools
- Exceptional closing skills with consultative approach
- Self-motivated with demonstrated quota achievement
- Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in remote-first collaborative environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
