Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to B2B clients across multiple industries
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with average deal values of $5K-$15K
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities and pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Attend weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
- Maintain 25+ outbound calls and 15+ demos per day
Qualifications
- 1-3 years B2B inside sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Associates degree or equivalent sales certifications
