Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track performance and pipeline activity
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to prospective clients
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with consultative selling mindset
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
