Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns to warm leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Consultatively present product solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with consistent conversion rates above 15%
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce with 100% activity compliance
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
- Develop deep product expertise to position solutions against competitors
- Close 5-7 enterprise deals monthly with average deal value $10K+
- Provide weekly sales forecasts and performance insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with demonstrated uncapped commission success
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles and enterprise solution selling
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with track record of complex deal closures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting
