Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to overcome objections and close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Willingness to work a weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office setting.
