Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business across Atlanta and Texas markets
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo scheduling, and closing
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline data and activity records
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion rates
- Attend weekly weekend strategy sessions with regional sales directors
- Exceed monthly KPIs for qualified meetings and closed deals
- Participate in quarterly incentive trips for top performers
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools (Outreach, Gong)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts with flexible weekday hours
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and trends
- Experience in SaaS or tech sales preferred
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
