Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
