Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and strategic networking
- Present tailored solutions to C-level executives in target industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Master CRM systems (Salesforce) to track sales pipeline and forecast accurately
- Close 15-20 deals monthly with average deal value of $5K-$15K
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and continuous training
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record in B2B sales
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and objection handling
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify client pain points
- Excellent communication skills with polished phone and email etiquette
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or enterprise software highly valued
