Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with local business clients through in-person meetings
- Present product solutions and close sales deals during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Exceed monthly sales targets while documenting activities in CRM system
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Attend weekly sales training and strategy sessions
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Weekend availability is mandatory
- College degree in Business or related field preferred
