Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Present product solutions to prospects via phone, video, and virtual demos
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all activities in Salesforce and provide weekly performance reports
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record with outbound lead generation and prospecting
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with consultative approach
- Ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid work environment
