Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic phone outreach, email campaigns, and CRM engagement
- Present solutions to B2B clients with compelling value propositions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Develop deep product expertise to position solutions against competitors
- Host virtual product demonstrations for enterprise prospects
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce and forecast pipeline accurately
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS or enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of 100%+ quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with consultative selling approach
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in uncapped commission environments
- Strong negotiation skills and objection resolution techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
