Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and lead follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Document customer interactions and provide accurate feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10 PM - 7 AM EST).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and time management.
