Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels to build a robust sales pipeline
- Present tailored product demonstrations and solutions to B2B clients across diverse industries
- Close sales agreements while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consistent prospecting and conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales approaches

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or business development experience (SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with commission structures
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Self-motivated with demonstrated resilience in high-volume sales environments
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional certifications in sales/marketing
