Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while presenting product solutions tailored to customer needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline from lead to close
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update records, and generate sales reports
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions to continuously improve skills
- Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity in all client communications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience in consultative selling
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Resident of Philadelphia or willing to relocate to the area
