Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Qualify prospects and determine their specific business needs.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients via phone and video.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate customer data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
