Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Build rapport with prospects to understand needs and present solutions
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and pipeline
- Collaborate with senior sales team for strategy refinement
- Attend weekly training sessions to master products and techniques
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated with competitive drive
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn CRM tools
- Authorized to work in the United States
