Responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with local clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process payments securely.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales representative roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
