Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through CRM systems and cold outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients via video/phone calls
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with minimal supervision
- Exceed monthly sales targets using data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation
- Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data accuracy and activity logs
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required (we train from scratch!)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Resilient mindset and ability to handle rejection
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to Atlanta office (3 days/week)
