Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Present product solutions to C-level decision-makers across multiple industries
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction rates
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate pipeline management and reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Participate in quarterly training programs to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to close complex enterprise deals
- Self-motivated with proven track record in uncapped commission environments

- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
