Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound warm leads via phone and email
- Build relationships with prospects using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate lead tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with day team for seamless handoffs and strategy alignment
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM EST)
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
