Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify enterprise leads through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present tailored SaaS solutions to C-level executives, driving complex B2B sales cycles
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 25%+ conversion rates on qualified opportunities
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activities, forecast pipeline, and document client interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product specialists
- Attend weekly night-shift strategy sessions to refine pitch techniques and share best practices
- Continuously update product knowledge to position competitive advantages against industry rivals
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record in SaaS/tech sales
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger Sale)
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated work ethic with demonstrated ability to thrive in unsupervised environments
- Comfortable with overnight schedule (7 PM - 3 AM EST) and weekend flexibility
