Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels (email, phone, chat)
- Build rapport and close high-value SaaS solutions with Fortune 500 clients
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and forecast accurately
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in CRM with precision and attention to detail
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on industry trends and product updates
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience with demonstrable commission growth
- Proven track record of exceeding $500k+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Comfortable working night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM EST) with flexible schedule
