Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify enterprise leads via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions and negotiate deals to close sales targets
- Manage CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting and activity documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Exceed monthly KPIs for revenue, conversion rates, and client retention
- Provide competitive analysis and customer feedback to product teams
- Train on new product launches and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with enterprise SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Available to work night shift (11 PM - 8 AM PST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
